Our normal turn-around time in 1 business day once the shipment has been placed. As we exhibit many tradeshows around the country, some merchandise may not be in-store at the time an order is placed, in which case we might have to wait to send out your shipment. You should receive a confirmation email containing all the shipping details and order details once we have released the shipment.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs range depending on the method of shipping you desire. We primarily use Fedex and United States Postal Service depending on the order and contents.
We offer free shipping with continental US states on all orders $100 or more! (Ground shipping service is used for this offer)
There are couple different options available for shipping within the US.
Fedex Overnight - $40 (upto 1 lb)
Fedex 2 day - $32 (upto 1 lb)
Fedex Ground - $12 (upto 1 lb)
Priority Mail- $7 (upto to 1 lb)
For international shipping, we use Fedex International services. The rates usually range from $48-$80, but for simplicity purposes, we only charge a $55 flat rate fee.
Is the shipping insured?
All shipments are automatically insured up to $200. When shipments are of higher value, we require a confirmation signature, ensuring that the shipments are delivered. We will add insurance to the shipment, upon our own expense, if the shipment’s contents are of $1000 or more value.
International Shipping
We ship around the world using Fedex Shipping Services. Unfortunately, we are not familiar with all of the countries different shipping requirements, so if there are some specifics that you are aware of, please let us know in the customer comments section of your order. We will provide every international shipment with 3 copies of their invoice for Custom purposes.
Please keep in mind that any Customs fees or taxes imposed by Customs for an order are separate from the shipping charges, and are not the responsibility of Bead Palace Inc. Customs fees and taxes will vary, and we recommend that you contact your local Customs office should you have any questions or concerns about these fees. All packages shipped from Bead Palace Inc. will include a declaration indicating the contents as ‘Beads’, with full value for the order listed.
Returns and Exchanges
In the rare event that you have to return merchandise, shipping expenses will not be reimbursed, but can in most cases be credited on your next order. Please contact us through email or phone to get a confirmation, so we can expect the shipment. All returns and exchanges need to be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and payment receipt. We do not recommend including credit card information or any other personal information in the package. Also, you are responsible for shipping charges for returns, Until the merchandise has been delivered to our premise, we are not liable for the merchandise.
Holidays
There are several religious and governmental holidays that we observe or inhibit us from carrying out normal business activity. We are closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. Shipping on most government holidays such as Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, and Memorial Day is not possible.
